* In the event that a project is out of our scope as a company or we are unable to secure the necessary resources to complete your project in a reasonable amount of time, we will vet and recommend up to 3-5 contractors we feel are competent to complete your technical requirements. This commitment does not cover any architecture or design services that may be required to generate sufficient technical documentation to initiate a quality contractor search or RFP. eService Partner shall be held blameless for any incidental or consequential damages caused by, believed to be caused by, or related to, services rendered by a recommended contractor. Any system designs not expressly approved and directly implemented by internal eService Partner developers are exempt from any express or implied warranties of any kind. Any 3rd party solutions are provided as-is where-is for use at the sole risk of the user unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any agreements or commitments made by 3rd parties are subject to their own terms and in no case may eService Partner be held responsible in any way by any party that stands to gain either directly or indirectly from or with the provided work(s).
